History
The educational situation for Korean society has changed so rapidly that it raised the public awareness on the need to launch the Student Crises Counseling and Support Project for all students at risk. Therefore, the Project has been designed to provide a support system of ‘Diagnosis-Counseling-Healing’ for students in personal crisis (misdemeanor/delinquency, runaway, sexuality, violence, etc.), family crisis (poverty, parents’ divorce, multicultural family, etc.), and educational crisis (underachievement, school dropout, etc.).
The Wee Project began in 2008 with a purpose that ‘We’ as a community should act together to protect our students from various types of crisis and to cultivate healthy mind and ‘Emotion’ within students through sound ‘Education’. The history of the Wee Project is as follows.
